Walgreens Pharmacy

My wife received a call letting her know that her script was ready to be picked up. We went in to grab it, the lady had an attitude from the start like we were inconveniencing her. She then tells us that there is not a script to pick up. We search by birthdate and she tells us that we cannot refill due to it being early pickup... its a 3 month script and has not been refilled in over three months, she starts treating my wife like she is a drug seeker... even though its not for any opioid.. absolutely pathetic to treat a customer like that! She should be fired! Get a non customer facing job if you are going to have an attitude like that!

I have been in Sales for 39 years and deal with people every day, and the Walgreens on 44th and Breton has a lady in drive through black hair and in a pig tail, never been so Rude in my life, I called in prescriptions 4 days ago and the automated system called me and said they are ready for pick up. So I get there for a second time in three days. And the lady behind the counter was very Rude and talking to me like I was a waste of her time. Or better yet, she had something better to do. She should Not have a job like this, she needs to be in a back room sorting prescriptions, and No contact with another human. Please call me if this store ever has any questions about this situation , and has happened a number of times!!!! :( :( :( :( :(

Just got off a phone call with this Walgreens pharmacy her name she said was Kimberly. I was on hold for 20 minutes to be assisted so poorly. This lady was rude and just not helpful. She even hung up the phone call on me while asking her to check to ensure my son’s medication was in stock because he needed it for school. Instead of checking she disconnected and was bothered that I was asking her to check. I then got notification that there was a delay out of stock. So I called back to speak with this lady and let her know that all she had to do was check and let me know so that I could call the doctor to transfer that script to our actual pharmacy on division and 44th. But now the office is closed. So he won’t have his script. Just word of advice to this pharmacy I get days can get busy

Been having issues with them refilling my prescriptions for the past year. All they ever do is come up with excuses and also tries to blame the customer for everything.

This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I have ever encountered. On 2 separate occasions I was shafted from retrieving prescriptions my family & I needed. The second time it was my daughter’s medication that is covered 100% by our insurance carrier & the pharmacy tech (which was the same lady that dismayed me the first time) said the prescription was $900! I asked if she was sure she ran the insurance properly & she clicked a few keys & said it was $600. I had my entire families prescriptions transferred to Meijer. Two days later I was able to get my daughter prescription from Meijer for the $0 copay we were accustomed to, but not before she missed 2 days of school suffering from withdrawals.
