Kentwood Dental Care

I was seen the same day as a new patient after a weekend of extreme tooth pain. The office staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the dentist was amazing. They explained everything they were going to do, explained again as they were doing it, and then went over a detailed plan of care when finished. I can't praise them enough for their help, professionalism, and bedside manner. We will be moving our entire family to their practice.

Honestly, the hygenists are very kind and empathetic, but it doesn't save all of the other issues with the practice. I came in for an appointment after chipping one of my front teeth, and I had maybe 5 minutes with one of the dentists (whom I never even saw again on any of the 4 follow up visits that I've had). I was told that I needed braces/aligners and referred to an orthodontist. I was also told that I needed a root plane, and scheduled for those appointments. The chip was never addressed (and now that I'm going through aligners, will not be fixed until that is completely finished). I went to this provider as an in-network dentist.
