I had the most amazing experience with Nevaeh Jones on yesterday December 23,2025 . She went over and beyond my expectation with Customer Service she was so pleasant so patient absolutely amazing thank you Nevaeh Jones for giving me the greatest Customer Sevice experience ever I applaud you and the manager that assisted you on yesterday thank you both for being the best part of Walgreens. You guys deserve to be in leadership if you are not already I strongly advise Nevaeh to train all of the staff. She gives Customer Service. In Amazing way over and beyond my expectations this company is Lucky to have you on there team I am a verified customer and this is not a paid testimony. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience.

I had my daughter’s prescription of amoxicillin sent here. She had been sick for a week, fighting a double ear infection and bronchiolitis/RSV. When I initially pulled up to the drive thru (An hour and a half after the script was sent in), They said that it wouldn’t be ready until 5:50 PM. I drove back home. My husband drove out to pick it up at 5:50 PM. He waited in line for over 45 minutes, only to get up to the window and have them tell him that they did not fill the script because “somehow it got sent to another pharmacy.” meanwhile, our precious little one-year-old is miserably sick at home waiting for a standard prescription that can’t be filled because this Walgreens cannot get their crap together. I am never ever ever shopping at this Walgreens ever again. I will literally go out o

Refused to fill a prescription “We are busy at this time, callback later.”I stated the prescription is already a day old. The pharmacist stated “Well you should have filled it yesterday then.” and proceeded to immediately put me on hold. I hung up and had the prescription filled at a different pharmacy. Your technicians are very rude and have very poor customer service skills.

The staff at the store has frequently refused to perform things that the other stores have done cheerfully such as transferring prescriptions or answering questions about stock. They have also failed to meet their own timelines such as come back in an hour or it’ll be ready at 9 AM. Some of their staff have struggled with billing issues and asked me to go to the back of the line because they can’t get things figured out. Wow, this is the closest Walgreens to my home. I am moving my business elsewhere. The store needs some customer service training and staff who are not inconvenienced or bothered by simple questions. They Never sound or act cheerful on the phone or in person.
