Walgreens Pharmacy

My experience today was far from pleasant. I scheduled an appointment online and completed all required forms in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process. I arrived on time and even checked in electronically as instructed. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, I approached the pharmacy counter, where I was met with an unprofessional attitude from the receptionist and told that I needed to walk up and check in in person. This requirement was not clearly communicated in any of the materials or forms I completed. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the pharmacist did not honor it and instead told me to return after their lunch break. How is a DRUG STORE PHARMACY going to have such limited hours and they’re closed on weekends. I can understand Sundays, but closed on Saturdays is crazy. Open 10-6 on weekdays and closed on weekends is wild for a drug store pharmacy. I bet the pharmacy employees love that, hell hire me, those are dream hours!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs…. Every time we have used this pharmacy, my wife and I have had issues. From odd hours, short staffing, long hold times on the phone, billing discrepancies, and failing to fill prescriptions in a timely manner, I would give this pharmacy negative stars if I could…. Save yourself and your family the headache, use CVS pharmacy across the street.

3 stars because i do eventually get my medicine but the staff most of the time is absolutely rude. I got a call that I could pick up and I got there a few hours later( because they called in the middle of a work day), was there by 445pm and they had already restocked it and had to come back because they wouldn't give it to me that day. When I asked about why because it was still today and I was told today that "well this isn't the first call", which I understand (i was out of town so i couldn't get them)but honestly isn't the point. If you are telling me that I can pick it up today.... I should be able to pick it up today. Why restock it in the middle of the day? Why not wait until youre about to close or after? Also half the time they have "lost" my insurance information and have to redo

It’s not just today but always. Went to pick up prescription and they couldn’t find it. They were talking to themselves how they lost it. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. Waited for 45 minutes and still nothing. Asked how much longer and was told “ I don’t know you will just have to wait.” So I waited another 10 mins and left without my prescription.
