Having tried both Joshua and Elizabeth at different appointments I can say that you cannot go wrong with either one of them as they both have their own unique styles that hit the pressure points and also both pointed of other areas of tightness that needed attention. Definitely go ahead and get yourself a membership here!... And they also just added an Infrared Sauna which I absolutely will be using soon!
