I worked with Kira and Erin during pregnancy because of pelvic pain related to SPD. They both were so kind and helpful, and the stretches helped a ton with pain relief! I felt incredibly comfortable here knowing it was all women I'd be both working with and next to. I highly reccomend and will be returning if the need arises!

After a horrible experience at another place and years of shame and discomfort I went and saw Erika. She handles my big emotions so well. She meets me where I am and never makes me feel bad about myself or embarrassed in the least. She's extremely knowledgeable and there hasn't been anything she couldn't answer/address, but is also humble and open-minded enough to explain that research is constantly coming out and she stays educated and is open about the clinically accepted answers for certain things. Her follow-up emails are encouraging, efficient, and helpful. Her staff is professional and kind. The facility is incredibly clean. Best of all - you can bring your baby/children! Her mother-centric understanding, compassionate structure is so very needed in our community and in our lives

I highly recommend Erika and her Team at Finn's Physical Therapy For Her! From the moment I began my pelvic floor physical therapy journey, I felt supported, heard, and understood. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions, and create a customized a treatment plan that felt right for me. Once I finished -- they provided me with a plan to continue exercises at home. My symptoms have improved significantly. If you're considering pelvic floor PT, I highly recommend!

I’m am so grateful for Erika and her team at Finn’s physical therapy for her. Because of her caring and high quality/effective treatment, I am able to play with my kids on the trampoline, sleep through the night, and my low back pain is gone. Not only that but she was able to get me back into running without pain. Although Erika was my primary therapist, I had a chance to work with all the ladies there, and they were all great.
