Walgreens Pharmacy

This is literally the worst walgreens in virginia.If you have a choice to get your prescriptions filled anywhere else, please choose ANYWHERE ELSE. OVERWORK AND UNDERSTAFFED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Your prescriptions are never ready when they say they are.They send out these text messages that say they're ready.You get there, and then they tell you four hours later.So you either have to wait or go do something else, which is extremely inconvenient if you're using time like work break! Whenever you ask a question about your prescription, all of the people there are extremely uneducated or an experience when it comes to handling patients. They have no sense of urgency.When it comes to your prescriptions, it's almost as if no one really cares about your care plan.Because they will give you one

Calling this pharmacy and getting anyone to answer the call is worse than calling a government office. You better have at least 2 hours to waste holding. It's no different going to the pharmacy and your prescriptions are never ready on time. Extremely frustrating!!!!

You can NEVER get anyone on the phone without waiting almost a hour. The hours are ridiculous if you are also someone who works full time. I’ve been in like for 15 mins, first one at drive up and I get that others waited inside while I waited outside but why open the window if no one is there to assist. Why have two lines at that point.

They have you on hold for more then 45 minutes when ever you call. They take 2, 3 days to fill your prescriptions.

Pretty fast service compared to nearby competitor.
