I was very apprehensive about taking my three-year-old to see the dentist due to a bad experience when she was younger. This place is awesome. They really made my three-year-old feel comfortable and relaxed and she actually enjoyed the visit. I strongly recommend this practice for all of your family’s dental needs needs

Staff is nice and facility is clean but everything but a basic cleaning requires two visits. Who has that kind of time? When I have a hole where the filling fell out I don't need an appointment for you to say "you have a hole where the filling fell out." and then have me make another appointment for you to fill it.

Third consecutive cancelation by dentist this year! DO NOT go here or to the colonial heights office!!! Due to thier inability to keep my son up on regular visits he now has teeth issues! And I can't even get them to keep an apt for the tooth issue! They called right before we were leaving to cancel! And then said they would not give him a doctor note! I had to call the main office for one. Please save yourself a lot of problems and go somewhere else!!!

Started going here to find soemthing close to home. This was the best next thing I guess and my family started going here. Never really had an issue until visita were very long due to new doctor or lack of doctor. One hygienist talked her head off, another is hard to understand due to accent, and the other is the only one who seems to want to get you in and out. So far cleanings goes well for adults and kids but this isn’t a practice for children. Rarely does any tv have any cartoons and they know well in advance when kids are coming. 3 stars is due to an incident I had were my child had an accident and had a tooth removed due to injury. Er advice to do follow up with her doctor and his knowledge wasn’t enough on children so he referred us to a pediatric dentist. so at this point I don’t

Where do I start? Well, I arrived on time to find a locked door. I called the office, and a lady came and unlocked the door so that I may come in. That was the start of the unprofessionalism. After about 45 minutes, I was taken to the back, and at this time they were trying to locate the X-rays that my previous dentist had sent. Being a new patient you'd think I would have been greeted with a friendly smile and an introduction, but No! He was telling me what needed to be done, and I was asking about alternatives and he became irate and very rude. He must have been out of his mind to think I was going to allow him to be rude and speak to me in such a manner, and not speak up!!!
