TriCities Hospital

This was the best experience i had while ever being inpatient at a hospital. The nurses and staff were all amazing. I was on the 3rd floor for 4 days. Shout out to the nurses Kim, Michelle and Joy. Shout out to the techs Morgan and Allison. Shoutout to Felicia with food service and Marisol in house cleaning. Shoutout to the ladies who helped with my endoscopy Jaime Beard, Laurie Harmel Schunder, Amy Vega, Precious Jiggins and Carol Cheelen. Listen i know i have to go home, but they made me feel so comfortable i dont want to leave. They were very personable and sweet. Made me laugh when i wanted to cry. All ladies were attentive to me and made sure my needs were met. Also i wanted to give a thanks to Mrs Beverly and Rev. Tucker for coming to visit. Just know I love you guys so much

This Hospital has seen a phenomenal turnaround in staff quality since my last visit about 5-6 years ago . An unbelievable change , if l wasnt sick already l would have pinched myself . Thank you to whomever implemented theses changes ! Nothing worse than being ill and at the mercy of strangers . Id give this experience 10 stars if l could. I recently had a procedure done that I knew was going to last at least 4 hours & wasn't looking forward to it. The staff I encountered were amazing, from the registration, volunteer and nuclear medicine employees. All were kind and professional and took great care of me. The gentleman in NM saw that I was freezing so he gave me 2 heated blankets. That may seem like something small but it helped me get through my procedure comfortably and I really appreciated that.

I am taking PT at TriCities Hospital and she is outstanding, her name is SusI . A highly qualified therapist very professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field. A person who makes you feel relaxed. The staff are great also. I can't say enough good things about this department, except Thank You.

I was admitted to TriCities hospital on 1/30/26 , and discharged on 2/16/26. The following nurses , and techs went above , and beyond taking care of me, and making me as comfortable as possible. “ Allison, Kim, Shelley, Zena, Melissa, Patience, and Joy.” I really appreciated their dedication to their patients, and job. The one negative thing that I did not like was the lack of interaction with the surgeon that performed my surgery on a regular basis. There were other doctors , and a nurse practitioner coming in daily speaking on his behalf, but I would have preferred speaking with him directly more often.
