completely unprofessional when it comes to calling in prescription refills. you spend 5 minutes on the automated system, the pharmacy picks up and puts you on hold without saying anything then keeps you there until the phone hangs itself up. they also have been extremely lazy with actually refilling medications. we called 2 days before we needed the meds and they told us it would be ready the next morning. we go to pick it up the next night and it’s not ready. Next day, deal with the whole phone fiasco just for them to tell me an hour later that they JUST THEN printed the slip. do better people

The pharmacy techs working the window are polite, but the line for the drive-thru is incredibly slow! I waited almost an hour to move just six car lengths.

Bad customer service. You call this place you will on the phone 20 minutes and when they do answer they keep transferring you back and forth between pharmacy and front. I was gonna transfer my proscription here. Glad i haven’t and will not be. Poor service

Recently transferred my prescriptions from another chain to be closer (was driving 20 minutes) this location is just a few miles for me. There is zero customer service in the pharmacy. I feel like I am inconveniencing them when I pick up my order. The heavy sighs and eye rolls when you ask a question are ridiculous. I am looking for another place to transfer my prescriptions.

I've been a customer here for years. Store is fine, pharmacy is terrible. So many bad experiences, the worst is being given the wrong medication (someone else's prescription)...Twice. I can count on being on hold around 15 minutes every time I call, but it's usually longer. Wait time for prescriptions is too long. A long wait on occasion is understandable, but it's every time. Numerous pharmacy employees have been unfriendly over the years, some even downright rude, and in situations that didn't call for such. When I first went there long ago, it was a good pharmacy. It has gradually gotten worse and worse over time. I would have moved my prescriptions somewhere else a long time ago, but the location is practical for me, and there aren't many choices in this area, and none close to me that
