I got my days confused and went to my first appointment a day early. The office receptionist was kind and helpful. Looking at the daily schedule, she said if I could wait 20-30 minutes, she could work me in. After about a 15 minute wait, I was with a provider. I had a great experience and highly recommend.

Met Dr. Karen for the first time today, and immediately felt a patient/doctor connection. She was very warm, engaging, and genuine in wanting to understand my hearing issues. I felt valued and heard. She went above and beyond to properly fit and program my hearing aids with precision. I have worn aids for 7 years, and can honestly say this was the time I felt my medical needs were being fully addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Karen and this practice. The office staff is also highly professional and thorough. Great visit.
