Walgreens Pharmacy

I’ve had issues trying to get my prescriptions filled within a reasonable time on three separate occasions at this location. First was to treat an infection and I had to wait nearly 48 hours for treatment. This time it’s just birth control. I think they keep saying they’re going to order it, and then don’t even bother. Been waiting 4 days now. They also never answer the phones so you’ll have to go in person if you have questions or are trying to get a script transferred.

Walgreens app changed husbands location appt for his booster. We booked at same time, same place as usual. Showed up as a was told I can get it but he can't, he needs to go to other location... even though he chose this one. They are not busy. It takes literally 2 seconds once they call you. WHY? we got the others here with no problems. I'm done with this place. For months couldn't even pick up meds in the store! Have to wait in drive thru line with a million other people.

I choose Walgreens for several reasons. But first and foremost for the fact that they work steadfast to take care of so many where I've had my fourth COVID and my flu shot and today my R. SV when it was way too cold this morning. But this pharmacy and their staff do much more than this. Dumb pills and bottles they kept counsel you. They teach you and if you listen. You will have a better life. I'm grateful to this Stan. A lot.. John c white.

They need to get their stuff straight. They have no clue what is going on. They are rude when you question them about anything. We will go somewhere else if they keep over charging. We have the same insurance as we have had for years. If you have any chance, stay away!

Whenever my perceptions are ready to.be filled I am notified via their automated voice system. The pharmacy staff always very nice & accommodating.
