I was taken care of from the minute I walked through the door to minute I left with two pairs of glasses I could see perfectly out of. I had issues with a pair of glasses I ordered online and Gary Bowen knew exactly what was up and is very skilled at his job. You can tell he, and his staff, love what they do. This place is a treasure. It's not often you find this level of service. Thank you Bowen Optical.

This review is simply to confirm the other 5 star reviews. If you are looking for an optician you will not find a better one. Gary, Dale, and the others are GREAT and very customer focused. And what is great is you get enormous service for costs that are certainly competitive with others who do not care as much.

Huge shout out to Bowen Optical! About 10 days ago, I had a wonderful experience being assisted by both Dale and Gary. Today I picked up my new glasses and had care & attention from Gary to get them perfectly & comfortably fit. I can already tell the difference in the quality of the lenses over my previous glasses from a big box store. I loved everything about this first experience with Bowen Optical and love supporting local businesses. I will certainly be using them for my glasses moving forward and will recommend them highly to anyone who has optical needs.
