Very friendly, organized, and professional staff! The wait in the waiting room was a reasonable length of time. Dr. Hamilton was very good at explaining some issues he found with a couple of my teeth but did not try to pressure me into signing up immediately to do anything I was not prepared to do and that means a lot to me. The front staff had a detailed estimate of charges for the dental work that was recommended and said they would let me know how much my insurance would cover before making decisions about the dental work.

My family and I are dedicated patients of Willow Creek Dental. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, which immediately puts me at ease when I walk in. My dental hygienist, Natalie, is gentle and very thorough in her work. She ensures that my visits are comfortable and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. My children have also had very positive experiences and feel relaxed when visiting. Our family has seen both Dr. Norwood and Dr. Hamilton, and both are excellent dentists and always take the time to explain everything in detail. I appreciate how quickly they worked my son into their busy schedule when he injured his tooth during a sports event. The entire team's professionalism and attention to patient care have made me a loyal and happy client. I highly recommend this dental

I absolutely love the staff and dentist here! They always make you feel welcomed with smiles and conversation just like you are family. They have treated myself, my boyfriend and recently my daughter and the experience is always a good one! Norma at the front is amazing as well as the hygentist! I always recommend people to them because of the care they give here.

Dr Hamilton is the best dentist on the planet! His beside manner is second to none and this practice does not try and sell you services you don’t need. You can tell he loves his job and cares for his patients. My experience with Dr Norwood when seeing him the one time I did was extremely positive also.
