Walgreens Pharmacy

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I’ve been facing ongoing issues with getting my prescription filled due to their lack of proactivity and communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, the pharmacy has repeatedly failed to send the required prior authorization to my doctor. When I contact them, I’m told it has already been sent, but my doctor’s office confirms otherwise. This constant back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. It is evident that the staff is not proactive in handling prescription-related issues, leaving me to chase both the pharmacy and my doctor to resolve the problem. This Walgreens works at very slow pace, as if we were in the south. The pharmacy department keeps you, on hold for over five minutes. Won't bother returning.

If I could give this location zero stars I would . They need to educate their cashiers better or maybe not hire sarcastic high schoolers who have no idea what they are doing . Tonight my mother visited this location and was looking to purchase two gift cards totaling $800 . Instead of the cashier making her aware that she is not able to process anything more than $500 in one transaction she charged the card 8 times !!! My mother showed her in the account there are 8 transactions of $815 being taken out. Her response was oh yeah we have a limit on our registers another register would have to do the other gift card and when she was asked why she proceeded to charge the card her next response was “I don’t know it was approving it” WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS . The worst store and service i have experienced! First it is never opened on time in the morning. I always have to wait... The products are never in the the right place, and those that are in the right place are with expired date of use.... Last week i went into the store and i saw mouse poison in a lot of aisles next to the food.... Very disappointed that this is allowed, especially in a pharmacy!

Slow slow slow slow slow. Why do we need appointments for shots if you make us wait for the pharmacy to get it together? Why are we filling out long forms for them to not know what we’re here for? People have jobs to get to. It’s very discouraging to get a vaccine with these condition. Do better. The pharmacy staff always seems confused and unaware of what they’re doing. I’ve seen more knowledgeable pharmacists everywhere else so it’s definitely strange.
