Like finding a unicorn! I left the first appointment encouraged. Dr Aversa seems to know what he's doing, and has an approachable manner, both of which are super rare where I come from (a different country).

DR Jim is Bergens Best! he has a great bedside manor and takes him time with patients. His office is very clean and organized, the receptionists are also friendly and helpful

The experience I had here was fantastic. Andrea was very helpful with the frame selection, and was very knowledgeable. The OD James Aversa was fantastic with everything, easily the best OD I've experienced. The frames and lenses were definitely on the more expensive side, and I opted to get those from a different location but the services (Exam and retinal scan) offered were fantastic and very reasonable.

Been going to this doctor for years. Pleasant office staff, professional doctor and friendly and helpful optician. I go often for glasses and Andrea always takes the time to help me pick out the ones perfect for me or fix the ones my daughter breaks! Highly recommend this place.
