Exceptional professional service. They also deliver for emergencies which is very rare these days. They do all they can to help get what people need even when over the counter. They are so kind even when very busy and help with questions instantly. I can’t say enough good about them they really are so much better than. Any other pharmacy.

I have been a customer at Heights Specialty Pharmacy for years. The standout feature is the staff. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain medication, including dosage instructions and potential side effects. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for the customers.

I've been going to Heights Specialty Pharmacy for a couple years now and I can't say enough good things about this place. I used to go to CVS, then switched to Walgreens when I'd had enough of CVS...but soon grew tired of Walgreens as well. All the big box pharmacies are the same - long waits at the counter and on the phone, automatically refilling your prescription when you haven't asked them to and then constantly hounding you to pick it up, etc. Heights Specialty Pharmacy is the complete opposite. They are super friendly, I hardly ever wait on the phone or in person, and their prices are the same or (often) better than the big pharmacies. I never feel like I'm a bother when I speak to someone on the phone and they go out of their way to help me deal with insurance, prior authorizations,
