Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy used to be awesome. Since RiteAid closed, this pharmacy has gone wayyy down in customer service and quality of care they provide. I know they have no control over some of it, but the wait time is much longer, if you even get your meds the same day at all. My most recent experience, I waited all day for Paxlovid and was very sick with Covid. They said it was an insurance problem, but you'd think the pharmacist would contact the Dr. and get a different med, or offer me some kind of alternative. I'm sure the people are nice, something needs to be done. The drive thru wait is insane, I've waited there 35 minutes before.

Pharmacy is horrible forgot part of my script picked up two days ago waiting in line forever. Called at 1:30p in afternoon today pharmacist stated 90min. Wanted on a crazy line again and now sitting here at 7:30p at night and still not ready. Recieved at 8pm. Waste of my time definitely changing pharmacies.

Walgreens is a great store it was pretty damn good employees. I know a few employees from there and they're very hard-working and kind people. It's always a great place to stop if you need an emergency bathroom break. There is always lots of stock in all different items to check out, especially sales!! 🙂

I needed help with my prescription this evening, as my insurance changed and my script was canceled. I spoke to Jackie, and received exceptional service. Jackie was so helpful, patient and pleasant.

Have an appointment to get vaccinated. They aren't busy and have plenty of people standing around as I'm waiting 45 min past my appointment time. Didn't see me until I asked. I think they just forgot.
