I scheduled for a routine skin exam and removal of a facial growth. I was seen promptly. The staff were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer my questions. 100% satisfied.

Had a procedure done yesterday on a cyst. My second time coming here. To start off, Everytime I called the receptionist I got was very friendly. I was very nervous to get this procedure done but overall I'm a nervous person by nature. I had Dr Matthew Olivo and would just like to thank him and his staff again about not only how friendly and comforting they were but more than anything how professional they were. Even though I was nervous Dr Olivo and his staff made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. This was a big step for me having this cyst for two years on my forehead but the staff and the doctors are amazing at what they do. I felt very comfortable with their care and would recommend them to anyone. Very happy I chose Olivo Dermatology Center! 10/10 service!

I was sent to Dr Olivo’s office for specialized treatment for a skin condition. It was a a 5 star experience for me. I was treated with such care and given explicit directions and instructions were written down clearly. I feel now like I have a dr and I had two examine my wound. Everyone in the office including the receptionist, the nurse, and the Doctors were very nice and helpful, friendly and professional. R Trump

Mixed feelings. Dr. Olivo truly listened to my concerns and did not brush me off - as happened with two other dermatologists. HOWEVER, as a practice, the service is lacking & there seems to be no concern whatsoever for the patient's time. Today, I sat in the waiting room for ~20 min. after my 9:30am appointment time, then was brought to room in the back that would not properly work for my needed procedure. ~10 min. later, I was brought into the correct room, then waited another 10 min. for the doctor while the staff "fiddled" with paperwork & the computer - 40 min. after my appointment time, and the procedure took 15 min. Even checkout was protracted (covered 100% by insurance, so no payment).

Experience in the office was fine, but get ready for billing problems and a likelihood of being submitted to a collection agency even though you may have paid your balance off 5 months ago (even confirmed with their outsourced billing agency). I don't take kindly to erroneous collection agent problems that impact my credit score. Worst thing is, the billing agency said the submission was done by Mrs. Olivo. I will NEVER go back to a doctor's office with bad billing procedures. BEWARE!!!!!
