We have had a number of disappointing experiences with Dr. Scott Silver, the worst of these being when he failed to remove a piece of cotton before installing a permanent filling. This piece of cotton was found 10 months later by another dentist who had to fix this tooth after it cracked. This was negligent, unprofessional, and against any biological values, as it harbored bacteria for many months. Dr. Silver's mistake ended up costing over $1,000 to fix. Also, his disposition is absolutely horrible, and he does not make you feel welcome at his practice. On a side note, all of the other staff have been warm, kind, and competent.

It's with a heavy heart that I write this review. I was a patient at this practice since 2017. On two different occasions, I was mistreated by Dr. Scott Silver. The first time was when he was replacing my filling with a porcelain overlay. The dental procedure he did wound up being very invasive and left my molar with a gapping hole that was no longer able to be filled. Each of the temporary fillings he put in my molar on two different occasions fell out. I swallowed both of them in my sleep. Each time, this left my molar's nerve root exposed while I had to wait for the porcelain overlay to be made and shipped by the lab. My nerve became very inflamed. Dr. Silver is the best dentist I've had! I've had extensive orthodontic work, along with years of follow-up dental care with other dentists, and he is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate dentists among them all. He's also got a great sense of humor! When it was time to start taking my own children to the dentist, he and his staff made the experience feel safe and kind for my kids. Highly recommend!

He stands behind his work which is very important. The girls in the office are just as wonderful as him

Don't go there. Called and spoke to an older woman. She was very rude afterwards when I told her I was looking for a biological dentists who would do everything in the same office,. She said the Dr has other people he refers if you come speak to him. I stated I don't want to jump from place to place. I'm looking only for one doctor that does it all in their office. She said ok bye bye and hung up the phone while I was still speaking to her. Lady needs to retire and the doctor should have more friendly and not rude old woman answering their phones. Place like this gives me the creeps. That was a red flag for me. Don't go there if you're looking for a true professional dentist who does many things together and not RIP you off. Thumbs down.
