These people are worthless. The automated renew system calls you to verify you need the prescription. Go to pick it up, we don't have anything for you. That's it they don't try to look up what the automated system sent or anything. So I'm standing there trying to figure out what I need and one with some sense asked me if I had been waiting on. I told her within minutes she found the 4 that I needed, but I have to come back to get it.
The 2 times recently that I've had prescriptions filled at Greensboro store, the drive thru pick up associates were the rudest pharmacy techs I've EVER dealt with. They obviously had horrible attitudes with me for absolutely no reasons from the moment I pulled up to window. Corporate was notified. It was SO bad!!
They’ll look you right in the eyes and talk shit about you to the other pharmacist
