Athens Orthopedic Clinic- Greensboro

My first visit was on Thursday and I love the warm and caring concern that was shown to me. The staff was very helpful and patient. Dr Florence has a great bedside manner and has a wonderful personality. He did an injection from my knee and I didn't feel a thing. I'm feel like I'm in good hands and he will help me to recover. I rate him an an excellent orthopedic doctor and he will be my primary doctor for all my orthopedic needs.

Dr. Florence, the girls at the desk, and everyone else I saw were so warm and welcoming. Dr. Florence is absolutely the best. I go in with all my notes and questions, he listens and we discuss everything. It is great to have a doctor that isn’t rushing but sits, listens and talks to you. I always feel like I got my questions answered and we have a new plan of action. Athens Orthopedics Clinic offers wonderful services and doctors. Dr. Florence is one of the shining stars.

I have been in severe pain for months and have not received any meaningful help or resolution. The only testing performed was an MRI, with no additional evaluation or treatment offered. After speaking with other patients whose injuries were less severe than mine, I learned they received more thorough testing and care that supported their recovery. Meanwhile, I am still in constant pain, repeatedly asking for help, and feeling ignored. I am sharing this in hopes that future patients receive the care and attention they deserve.

I was impressed with the entire staff. They were very efficient and friendly. Dr. Wing was very nice and gave me a cortisone shot which has really helped my hip pain.

I would definitely recommend going here! The staff is so friendly, and the doctor was fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s refreshing to visit a place where you can truly tell everyone loves their job and takes pride in taking care of people.
