This was my first visit to AHA and I was very impressed with the entire staff and experience. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Corine gave me an extensive hearing exam and took time to explain the degrees of my hearing loss. I could tell that she really cares. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

Dr. Carmen Wright is an excellent audiologist who has great communication skills with her patients. I am a new patient and felt like she spent lots of time explaining things to me in a way that made sense. She also gave me info on VA hearing aids that she gleaned from other patients if I choose to follow up with the VA. She reviewed the different kinds of hearing aids with me and suggested the best kind (Bluetooth) for me. I am so impressed by Dr. Carmen and am very happy to have an audiologist who is so concerned about her patients.

They are the most professional hearing group that I have ever used. Customer service is top notch. Anytime I have the slightest issue with my hearing aids, they always try to fit me in and get me back to listening!

I was having a hard time with my hearing aids, the staff is amazing (from receptionist to out the door). Thank you so much for all the patience, due to my lack of being able to hear. It was nice to walk out of there and have my hearing aids work again. The smiles were nice to see. Corine is fantastic!
