Walgreens Pharmacy

Terrible pharmacy customer service and knowledge. Never call them because you will be bounced around and placed on hold back to back. They truly don't have the customer's best interests in mind. I've always had issues every time I use this pharmacy. It was great until they hired new people so I recommend switching pharmacies because these people are rude and unprofessional. Every time I have to interact with them I'm left with my day derailed and put in a foul mood and it should never be like this. They need to seriously consider hiring other people.

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for several years now. The only reason is because they have a drive through and that is convenient. The staff in the store are very nice, especially Melissa in cosmetics. And she is the only reason I rated the store 3 stars othetwise it would have been one or two. The staff in the pharmacy can be rude and short. They act like they really don't want to wait on you. The pharmacist position seems to change occupants often. And my problem with that is they all have different rules they go by and they never stay long enough to know their customers. I think they need to take a look at the way the employees in the pharmacy treat their customers. Yes, medications are a necessity, but there are 3 other dispensary locations in Gray. And two of them

Picked up purified water while it was on sale. In and out quickly. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Smug, nasty attitudes. Dismissed me and my complaint. I will not use them again. Calling a customer a liar and having a ghetto attitude is the wrong way to handle people. I would give them zero stars if possible.
