Autumn Lane Health & Rehabilitation

It was great touring and visiting the Autumn Lane facility while getting information on next steps for my mother's possible admittance. The staff were all very friendly, open, and attentive. They addressed all of my concerns , questions, and more. I feel they truly understand the difficult decisions that are being made and are empathetic towards my family's next steps and needs. The facility was very clean and airy. Special thanks to Yoshanda Pitts!

My Mother was admitted for rehabilitation from a fall. Her improvement is 10 gold. I can not say enough about the kindness, quality of care and phenomenal staff. We are so blessed to have Autumn Lane in our corner for the road to recovery.

Most aides will not get up and help. Several falls Do not document Its a paycheck mentality

My Sister & I had to make a decision to place our Dad into a Skilled Nursing Center back in July. Our decision was to place him at Autumn Lane and we have no regrets. The Administrator and Staff were extremely helpful & compassionate. He had one of the best CNAs that could get him to do things that we could not get him to do. During the time that our Dad's life was transitioning, we could not have asked for the Staff to be so sympathetic. I would highly recommend this Center.

Everyone there is really friendly. They always are helpful and work well alongside us at LifeCare!
