Just like Morgan’s review on here, my cat was also told that he had a high white cell blood count and kept getting UTIs back to back. He has been for about 5 vet visits and all they do is give my cat antibiotics every single time. They charge us for a urinalysis just to tell us that it is bacterial. We have spent $600+ with them since August. They also prescribed Gabapentin to my cat for his moods which also I learned later on can also cause UTIs in a cat. They are absolutely lazy and never answer the phone. Dr Bean has done absolutely nothing for my cat after we have spent all of this money trying to figure out what is wrong with him. I am extremely upset and PO’d. My cat has not been himself for a while and is sick and they’ve done absolutely nothing this entire time. They don’t act like

Our dog struggles at vets. He is the sweetest boy but at vets he just is a growling little man. However, they made us feel like it was normal helped us and took our dog back for his visit and he didn't have to get sedated for the first time in 5 years. Fantastic doctors, fantastic front desk staff and wonderful pricing. I do think some interior updating could be done (personal preference), otherwise, this is a fantastic spot to bring your pet.

Took my dog there due to her having what looked like dizzy spells, called me multiple times to ask if she got into anything which I told them multiple times that if she did I was unaware due to our backyard being large. They then called and said what the blood test results found and advised they keep her for a few days. Called me the next day, told me my dog had passed away and when my wife went up there they basically made her make decisions on what to do with her body in front of everyone in the middle of main office. Also, my sister was there that morning to check up on my dog due to me being at work when they called me but my sister was told she was found at 3am and that they tried to contact me(they absolutely did not) and called me at 8:45 the next morning. All I can say is goodluck

I like the staff at Piedmont Animal hospital for the most part. I have called a couple of times and the lady that answered wasn't very friendly. I just chalked it up to the fact they were extremely busy at that time. They seem to care about your pet and are very good with my little chihuahua, who can be a hand full I have only spoken to one of the vets in that group and he was very nice and good with my dog, too.

All the staff is very kind. I have never had any issues with them. I will not trust anyone else to board my dogs with.
