Walgreens Pharmacy

Awful service. Prescriptions were called in by doc before surgery two days before procedure for a family member. Two were never filled after repeatedly being told they would be ready. Four days later went across the street to their competitor and had the unfilled prescriptions transferred AND filled in 20 minutes while I waited. The staff at Walgreen’s was friendly enough but lacks in every other aspect. Will NEVER have prescriptions filled at Walgreens again.

I called asking if they had a medication in stock since CVS didn’t and they told me to call . The lady said they can’t discuss a controlled substance over the phone and a doctor has to call them to ask and hung up without letting me ask. Tuesday the 24th at 12:22pm . Doctors don’t call pharmacies asking if something is in stock , hence why I called to ask. I switched my pharmacy to Randall’s now since they were able to tell me they carried it . Good job

Received notifications that my prescription is ready for 3 days, pull up in the drive through, they acknowledged it’s ready, after they helped the person that pulled up after me, they said they had to redo my prescription. Why? Also, every time they ask me if I need my flu or pneumonia shots? I got the pneumonia shot at the location I was at, is it not documented? I answer every time, I’m up to date on my flu and Covid vaccines. Can they check off a box somewhere so it’s documented?

Extremely rude staff. Stood around for hours for my Prescription. Finally got tired of sitting around so I asked if there was anything over-the-counter I could use for the time being. Pharmacist told me that wasn’t his job and that if I wanted a prescription I needed to go see my doctor. I told him I’ve seen the doctor. The prescription was sent. I’ve been waiting hours for you to fill it. I just wanted to know if there was something I could use temporarily. The man said that that wasn’t his job or his problem and turned around and walked off. Never again. I recommend the CVS inside the target they are extremely kind, quick, and helpful. Walgreens on the other hand is horrible. Never again.

I've always had good experience here. Very polite and professional. Very helpful, friendly, and competent staff. Clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. 2-lane drive-thru. Open til 9 on weekdays and til 6 on weekends. (The store is open 24/7.) Well lit and easy parking - easy in/out, it feels safe. Clean restrooms (get permission). Very well-staffed to accommodate the busy store, although you may have to wait in line if you come here at 5pm on a weekday.
