I am still blown away by this place. This Care Clinic on the Galveston seawall is hands down the best medical experience I’ve ever had—and I never thought I’d say that about an urgent care. From the moment you walk in, it feels less like a clinic and more like stepping into a Four Seasons hotel. The facility is absolutely stunning, spotless, calm, and welcoming. The staff was not only incredibly friendly and professional, but genuinely kind and yes, beautiful too. You completely forget you’re in a hospital or urgent care setting. I came in with a cut on my face and was treated quickly and efficiently, without ever feeling rushed. The care was professional, thorough, and reassuring from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place was absolutely phenomenal. My hubby and I took a small trip to Galveston, but I was sick and got worse pretty quickly. Being pregnant, we thought urgent care was the way to go. Walking in, it was so clean and immediately eased my nerves. Every staff member we came into contact with was kind, patient, and just had tremendous bedside manner. There’s no waiting around here. They get to it, dote on you as needed, and ensure you’re comfortable during your stay. I highly recommend this place! I swear if it wasn’t a 4.5h drive from home, it would be my go to! Thank you for being wonderful! PS - wish I had more pictures, but I was pretty sick! Here’s a photo of the food and coffee they offered me. 💕

If I could give more stars for this facility in Galveston, I would. Everything and everyone are just absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough great things about them. From the security guards at the front, the man mopping the lobby floors w a big smile and kind heart, the front desk and back office. Dr Bier(sp?) was absolutely incredible making sure to talk TO me and explaining everything to me in a manner that was impeccable. The nurses there were amazing. Listening to me and making sure I was ok. My first trip was Friday and I had to come back Monday to get some relief due to what’s going on w my neck and everyone was just as wonderful the 2nd time around. I saw Anderson as a provider n I’m sorry, but I can’t remember her first name or if she’s a NP or PA but she was equally amazing an

I also want to thank Jennifer at the front desk, the officer for getting the wheelchair for me and helping me get into it from my car. Nurse Mary was very caring and kind too. Today is the first day I'm feeling like my own self again. I can't thank you all enough for catching that UTI. My entire body is feeling better now and my back pain isn't nearly as severe as it was. Dr. Fontenette is on top of her game. She realized that I had a severe infection when my own PCP told me to not worry about my white blood cell count being higher than my red blood cell count. My own doctor also took my blood for a full blood panel test along with my urinalysis. When I received my blood test results and urinalysis results, I took time

I took my 94 year old mother who is on Medicare. They don't accept that but to our great surprise they saw her as a courtesy. The facility looks like a 5 star hotel, its so beautiful and clean and welcoming. Joe at the front was so accommodating and Dr. Longoria was able to communicate directly with my mom that spoke only Spanish. My mom blessed the facility so that they can continue to prosper and help others.
