I hate that I even have to give this location one star. I went in to drop off several prescriptions for my father, who had just been discharged from the hospital. The treatment I received from the pharmacy cashier was absolutely shocking. She demanded my driver’s license for one of my dad’s prescriptions because it was considered an “opioid” — even though I was simply dropping it off, not picking it up. When I tried to explain, her attitude escalated quickly. When I asked for the prescriptions back so I could take them elsewhere, she even attempted to deny I had given her my ID in the first place. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic courtesy was appalling. After this experience, I will never return to this pharmacy, and I have already started transferring all of my father’

The 2 stars I’m giving are for the convenience of the location and the polite attitude of the retail staff. The 3 stars I left unfulfilled are due to the pharmacy staff. They’re rude and act as if they’d rather be literally anywhere else which is understandable up to a point (I mean, we all have days we wish we weren’t at work). I called about a prescription that had been delayed for days and it took forever to get someone to pick up and when they did, the woman spoke to me very shortly and rude. She said my medication was on backorder and there was nothing she could do which is odd because I transferred it to the Gardendale location and it was ready for pickup the next morning.

The store was neat, clean, and organized. They weren't out of their sale items.

The young blonde at the pharmacy, named Kelcey or Chelsea, is one of the rudest people I have ever met in any store!!!! I I thought maybe she was just having a bad day; however, after looking at the reviews, I see, she's always rude! I'm not the first person she was rude to. I was told to ask someone at the pharmacy for a key to the restroom and I ask the first person I saw. Unfortunately, she was bothered by this. She had a huge attitude. As she was unlocking the door, I asked her if she was having a good day. She, rudely, answered "yes" with a look like she hated me! I said " I can tell". She then replied, "I was going to ask you the same thing", with a huge attitude. I let that slide. She opened the door and as she was leaving she slammed the door! I don't mean shut hard... She slammed
