TherapySouth Fultondale

My husband, Larry and I have been treated at Therapy South in Fultondale. We have recommended them to anyone needing physical therapy! They are a special group of caring individuals that are very good at their profession. You look forward to your visits because they are very uplifting and caring individuals! Several of our friends go there also!! It is very easy to recommend these special people!!

One of the front staff is very rude. I don't remember her name but she needs to learn how to speak to people. I didn't return after my second visit bc of her. I ran into another lady from the front desk and was asked to come back but I haven't been back bc I won't be talked to disrespectful. My therapist was wonderful, Mr Robert did a great job. Maybe you should retrain the front desk people on how to speak to clients when they come in.

My first day and Julia were very patient with me. She did not push but let me know we will get there. We worked about an hour. A good start considering I did not want to go through this. Good job Julia!

My experience was positive from start to finish. The front desk made everything easy, and the care I received afterward was just as supportive.

My sessions have been very beneficial. Staff and therapists very professional and knowledgeable.
