I love this place the work they do is precise. Jess goes above and beyond expectations. Sonia makes you feel relaxed with her kind demeanor. The rest of the staff is helpful and will take the time to answer your questions. You can’t go wrong here they love what they do and it shows in their work

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The front desk manager and dentist was unprofessional and unpleasant, which immediately set the tone for a negative visit. What made it worse was how they handle appointments—even if you booked 6 months in advance, they’ll cancel your spot if you don’t confirm via text. No call. No grace. Just gone. I understand they’re busy, but there’s a difference between efficient and careless. Patients deserve better communication and basic respect. Run, don’t walk—away from this place. There are plenty of other offices that treat people with courtesy and don’t waste your time.

Dr. Maddox is great! I have used him for 10+ yrs and would highly recommend to any friends and family! He always seems to remember me even if it’s been years since I’ve seen him! The entire Staff is always nice and better yet- comforting. I have dental anxiety and they always use kind words and make sure I am comfortable throughout any procedure, minor or major. I am a private pay patient, always treated with respect to my dental plan and then what the cost may be for any available option. Glad to know I can always count on them for my dental care maintenance and dental emergencies!

All The Staff here is so awesome. I went here to get a partial and they did an awesome job working with me and getting the partial just right. Dr Maddox was very helpful and made the whole experience peaceful and calm best dentist I've ever been to

The staff and Dr. Hardin are wonderful! She did so great on my cavity filling!
