Destiny with the pharmacy team was incredibly helpful in tracking down a hard-to-find migraine medication for my wife. She got me all the details I needed for closest availability and timeline to fulfillment. People like her make managing medications 10X easier. Thank you Destiny!

Recently had some of the worst pharmacy experiences! I 100% accept things happen and mishaps can occur but there is never an apology or any kindness from the tech or pharmacist. They have forgotten to reconstitute my meds so I had to go back to get it fixed. And they poorly communicate updates on back ordered medication (people need their medications even if it’s not your fault - have empathy!) and then seem to always be so busy they can’t get to refills in the same day.

Drove 20 minutes to pick up my prescription and there is a sign on the window “system shut down”. They can’t give people their prescriptions. Come on Walgreens, you should have a back-up process or be able to fix this in a reasonable amount of time or at least be willing to take peoples names and contact them when the system is back up…. You offered zero service or help. People need their medication.

Never had trouble with this pharmacy. The drive through is a convenient option. The staff are friendly.

I’ve used Walgreens for my prescriptions for years and this is bar none the worst experience I’ve ever had. After the first incident of my auto-refill prescription being completely forgotten, I began calling ahead of time to ensure that it was ready on time. Even with that added precaution, on multiple occasions I come in person only to find that it is still not ready and that it has “not been entered by the pharmacist”. If you rely on your daily medications to prevent serious health issues, do not use this location to fill your prescriptions. Seek a different pharmacy.
