Lyna is very thorough from the first contact I had with her to inquire about the services she provides to the spectacular end result. I had been watching Lyna’s Facebook page for, literally. I finally reached out and she conducted an initial consultation that was very detailed and answered every question I had patiently and in detail. She responded to my texts and messages very promptly. I knew I was in good hands. Her workspace is very comfortable and the procedure is amazingly PAINLESS.. I was pleasantly surprised. We decided upon the technique she would use (Flybrows won) and the color she would use together. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result!

She explained the different techniques and color shades available which was quite helpful as you get to choose the color that complements your skin tone and hair color. I believe this part of the consultation is important as it removes any doubt as to whether the outcome will look good. In my experience, Lyna certainly made my eyebrows look great and natural-looking. The shape is now symmetrical and the hair strokes and shading made it look thicker. I love it!
