Live Better Hearing + Balance

This is a great practice. Everyone there is great. Brandon is who I have seen the most over the past year or two, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. And Brandi I need to give a shout out to, she is always wonderful. Lucky to have such a practice and the people there right here in the Frederick area.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I scheduled my 2+ hour hearing and balance testing. I surely wasn't looking forward to it. When I arrived, I met Dr Becca Kelly and her graduate intern Olivia. During the next two hours Olivia administered a variety of tests, taking the time to explain each one thoroughly. At the conclusion of the testing, Dr Kelly went over the results. Her explanation was thorough but easy to understand. For anyone who needs this type of testing I highly recommend Better Hearing and Balance, and especially Dr Kelly and Olivia.

The biggest step was admitting that hearing aids might be necessary. Next was finding a group that met our needs. From the first call to Live Better Hearing and Balance we were impressed by professionalism of the staff. We were guided through Medicare and secondary insurance by the office staff; had a hearing assessment by Becca who also helped us choose the best devices; and then we met with Brandon who showed us every step from wearing the aids, connecting them to devices, and keeping them clean, and answering any questions. Aging isn’t easy, but Live Better Hearing and Balance made a big difference in helping us adjust to wearing hearing aids.

I was seen by Dr. Kelly for year long symptoms of dizziness. Dr. Kelly was incredibly thorough, explained every test and results, answered my many questions, and made me comfortable with tests that I felt anxious about. My detailed results were available within a few hours of my appointment. I feel confident in the results and highly recommend Dr. Kelly and thank her for her care

We are traveling and I forgot to bring tubing for my child’s hearing aid. His tubing/heating aid started messing up last night. I stopped in at Live Better Hearing and Balance and they saved the day. I am forever grateful that they replaced his tubing for us. They were incredibly nice and I would highly recommend. He got in the car and excitedly said how much better he could hear already. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
