Great pharmacy! However Sierra was extremely short and had an attitude when assisting, I understand the overwhelming nature of the business and the volume but there is something called customer service

Early decent pharmacy I don't take prescription medications so I couldn't tell you anything about more than just first aid products which they have quite the assortment

Made apt for shot at 500 tries to check in 29 mins before & was told my apt wasn’t till 5 so come back. Want back to check in at 458 & was told I needed to fill out MORE paperwork (could have been doing that while I waited, thank you very much!) everything completed & STILL waiting …. It’s now 530. I get you’re busy, but MY time is precious too!!!

I don't know what has happened to the pharmacy in this store. The wait times are ALWAYS a minimum of an hour, they do not fill waiting people's prescriptions any faster than those who leave and return, if there is an issue with the medication you need, the most you will get is 100 automated calls (with no way to direct connect to staff. That's right; they call you, but you have to hang up and call back and go through the automated options to get to anyone). You are lucky to ever have anyone "follow up and call you tomorrow".I have been the only person standing there waiting to drip something off and failed to be spoken to for an uncomfortably long time while more than one person is behind the counter. The pharmacy and store staff have always been very friendly and have gone above and beyond to coordinate my prescriptions with my Doctor. I haven't had any issues with prescription fill times, and they are always helpful!
