Northside Urgent Care - Braselton

Great facility, staff, and convenient location. I’ve been twice for different needs and felt very well treated, cared for, and got results from their evaluation and treatments. UTI on one visit and an inner ear infection on the 2nd. Both resolved professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend this urgent care.

The Dr was very attentive to my issue and knew exactly what to do. He did not get upset when I asked him questions about treatment but instead explained it. So far every experience has been positive and the treatment effective.

They checked right away to ensure they could help so that I wouldn’t need to wait. The medical team made sure to understand all the details of my accident so they could perform the appropriate treatments. They went over the release and follow-up procedures with me completely.

I really liked the ability to schedule a time on the website! Only 1 other person was waiting when I arrived. The service was thorough and the medical team was caring, efficient and very knowledgable. I will not hesitate to return when needed.

The staff was very nice and understanding of someone not feeling well. They were efficient. The process to make an appointment online instead of waiting for hours at the office was great! The doctor did his job well!
