Smiles Forever Orthodontics Flowery Branch

I refer anyone needing orthodontic work to this practice. I’ve had one child go through here for three phases of dental work, and we’re now back with our middle child. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the doctors and the staff!

BEWARE!! They are just after your money! Seek a secondary consultation. They want to charge $2000 for expanders on an 8 year old THEN go through with braces at an additional charge. I was able to seek a good, reputable doctor that cares for his patients - accomplishing the same thing for $400. The receptionist or plan coordinator was rude & hung up on me when I voiced my opinion of the shady practices this place is running.

Smiles Forever is an amazing place to go if you or your children need orthodontic care! My 10 year old had braces done there and it was a painless tear free process. They make jokes with the kiddos and make them comfortable. Now my older child has to have braces put on and of course we are back with Smiles Forever! They are friendly, caring, and professional. Overall great experience. They work out a wonderful payment plan as well! I would give more stars if it were possible!

This office is fantastic. Between 2 children, I have received care here for 2 years and have never experienced an issue. Everyone is professional and courteous. We are always greeted with smiles and treated kindly. The DR. is kind and patient, answering all of my questions, pushing nothing on me, and offering explanations. The level of curtesy and respect that you receive here is unbeatable. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Cannot say enough good things.

I had visited three orthodontist before visiting Smiles Forever. Dr. Gilbert was the only orthodontist that showed compassion and understanding about my feelings regarding my smile. He seemed like he truly cared about the way I would feel about myself once my treatment was over. The staff has been very supportive and encouraging along the way. They are always cheerful and smiling. The locations are convenient and the appointment times are flexible. I will be bringing my youngest child to Smiles Forever when my treatment is complete.
