Walgreens Pharmacy

I left Walgreens in both West Monroe locations due to poor service and unfriendly staff that were not easily approachable. Sine they have now bought out the Brookshire’s Pharmacy here in Farmerville it also has issues getting my meds filled on time… a lot of the old staff are still employed and have always been nice, approachable, and helpful but since the changes they just keep apologizing for all the issues. I know it’s the Walgreens Company “not the staff” so I am now moving my business elsewhere. You would think after this long of them taking over the Brookshire’s Pharmacy that this store should’ve already worked the bugs and it’s hasn’t gotten better at all. You can see it’s taking a toll on the staff that were friendly and helpful at all times when they worked for Brookshire’s. I’m
