On 10-10-2025, I went to the ER because my neck pain, which is normally around a 4 or 5 on the pain scale, had shot up to a 10 and was unbearable. I already have a compression fracture in my C6 vertebra, so I was terrified something had gotten worse. I wasn’t there for pain meds — I just wanted diagnostic testing to figure out what was going on. While I was sitting on the side of the bed crying and trying to get comfortable, Dr. Tanya Mitchell came flying into the room, talking a mile a minute. The first thing she asked was why I was there — typical and expected — but the assumptions started immediately after. This hospital is absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Mitchell is a sorry excuse for a doctor. I went in on Monday May 12th because of my right ear was swollen and very painful. She looked at both ears and I ended up having an ear infection in my right ear. And she said my left one looked good. Come Wednesday after taking the oral antibiotics plus the drops exactly how they said to, my left ear became so swollen I could barely hear out of it. She came in the room with a terrible attitude and shoved the ear thing in my ear so bad that I screamed and started crying. She then proceeded to say stay on the antibiotics like I said and a harsh tone and walked out. I broke down from the pain, embarrassment, and discouragement, and walked out. Hello I was taken care of today 11/20/2025 and I was treated with compassion from Dr.Mitchell and Ms. Riohanna ( RN) she is the BEST !

Very impressed with the staff, ,nurse, and doctors attention. They were able to see me immediately and the nurse came to my room and took my information rather than me having to fill out redundant paperwork. The receptionist took my insurance information. The doctor came in timely and addressed my complaints and diagnosed my issue. He wrote me a script and discharge was quick and easy. The room was clean , modern, and well arranged. Overall a positive experience.

They take FOREVER!! I would understand if they were busy, but there not busy. There just sitting around and not working. I had to go and get my own pee cup because I waited 15mins and she never came back. Now I'm waiting on xray because they want to make sure that I'm not pregnant. But i got a shot with out a pregnancy test, but it doesn't matter because the shot didn't help. I even told them i can't have anymore kids. I have been here for 3hrs and I don't see me getting out of here anytime soon. Please trust me and go somewhere else.
