Looking at past reviews I was scared if I wanted to send my mom here with 2 stars…..Let me tell you my mom had a trach and feeding tube and was getting little to no oxygen and I paid very close attention to her and her care and they did an Awesome job with my mom. I have zero complaints on this place and I’m glad I went threw with my decision to bring her here because not only did she get good care but I was able to be educated on things I knew nothing about.I would like to thank each and every last person that has dealt with mom (Mary James) on the trach hall I don’t remember everyone’s name but I can name a few like keyonna and theresa especially (Nashante) huge help and all the nurses and caregivers and also I would like to thank the nutritionist and last but not least I would like to t

This rehab facility is very nice and some of the staff have been there a long time. I encourage you to tour and talk with Jarvis or Tina. They are care about the residents and the community.

My daughter had brain surgery and couldn’t move her left side. Couldn’t walk. She was there one day. Never got her medications that day. Pressed the call button all day and received help one time when a man went looking for help. She needed help to get on the potty by her bed. Pressed the call button til midnight. Finally had nurse call Ambulance because my daughter was in so much pain from no medication (and the blood clots in her legs) It was a terrible experience. 3 night nurses checked in then disappeared. It was terrible there. I tried taking away the one star but it’s to late. I’m praying for all those poor residents there.

I am currently completing rehab here and came here due to the limited facilities in my insurances network. This place is ancient in so many ways. The CNAs are lazy with the exception of a few. The nurses are ok. The therapy team is wonderful and so personable. I pray my therapy goes as expected and I return home soon.

Understaffed, This place is dirty I wouldn't let my dog stay there thank God Mother is moving to another home. This is very old dirty place they are not up to modern standards I dont see how they pass state inspection.
