Walgreens Pharmacy

Do not use this pharmacy if you are mailing a prescription. I ordered my prescription on the 18th of November. After a few days of not receiving any information, I spoke with a member of their pharmacy on the phone who promised that my prescription was in the mail. I asked for tracking and the person said "we don't have tracking." I asked how that could be, but all they could say is that they guaranteed it was in the mail. A week went by without receiving my medication. I called them back and the next person I spoke to on the phone said my prescription had been sitting on their shelf the entire time waiting for pickup. This type of ineptitude cannot be allowed in a critical area like mailing of medications. I took my business elsewhere. Long story short, it has now been nearly two weeks a

Vaccine appointments should not take more than about 30 mins. I scheduled an appointment for a Covid and flu shot here. I arrived at my appointment time and waited for 40 mins. When I went to ask them how much longer they suggested I come back because they were busy. They seemed to have forgotten I was waiting. Yikes! I asked them how long I should expect the appointment to be for when I reschedule and they said 1 hour and 30 mins. So I went to Fred’s instead. They were able to get me in and out in 15 mins and they were absolutely slammed with a long line. So long story short, you might not want to go here for your immunizations.

Phoned in my prescriptions on Thursday. Was told they would be ready on Saturday morning. I went in on Tuesday to pick them up, and they weren’t ready. Had to sit and wait 20 minutes before they were ready. Incompetent staff. Find another pharmacy!

Appointment was made to get a flu shot. Most of staff was disorganized, didn’t know what they were doing and didn’t trust them. It wasn’t my first time there and was told nothing was in the system. Definitely don’t recommend going.

I went to an 1130 appointment to reciev a vaccination. Check in took a few minutes and I was told to take a seat and wait for paper work to print. I then watched at least a half dozen people wait at least 25 minutes to speak to anyone. I only received any info 40 minutes later after getting back in line. I would not trust these people with anything important. If they have life saving medication for you, use your last moments looking at something beautiful rather than wait in line for their service because theres a real chance you die before they help you. I received my shot 52 minutes after checking in.
