My daughter and I both had great appointments! She (and I) were both really impressed with how much nicer and more helpful the staff was compared to our previous eye clinic. And Dr. Ellis always does great job; she’s thorough and explains things really well.

Dr. Ellis is amazing. She's knowledgeable and kind. I recommend her to everyone I know. I had a not so great experience with my contact lenses at another office and she helped get me what I needed and helped my eyesight.

Perfect spot for me. Great energy. Every staff person I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Ellis took her time with me, she answered all of my questions, and provided me with options. Her explanations were clear and her delivery professional. The office is very clean and bright. No fancy robots here, Dr. Ellis does things the traditional way. Lots of great tools but most importantly to me the human review and assessment. I’m excited to have found a great eye Dr. here in Fairbanks.

This was the best eye exam I have ever had. Everything was great including the front staff. They were so sweet and helpful. Dr. Ellis was amazing and it was so nice that she listened, had the most up to date equipment and just overall did a great exam. Fairbanks is lucky to have such a great Optometrist!

As long time patients of Dr. Ellis we were happy to hear that she opened her own practice. Today was our first visit, it was excellent. The clinic is clean and bright. The service was excellent and there was a “small town” feel, which felt like you were a person and not a number. If you’re looking for a great eye doctor with awesome staff, this is your place.
