Dr Daigle and staff are very professional, warm and welcoming. We discussed what needs to done. Dr Daigle was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure. For once in my life I am actually looking forward to a dental appointment.

I would tell people to really check their explanation of benefits and compare those to the dental bill. I was disappointed to find that the billing practices at this office had been dishonest. It was my understanding that this office was in-network with my insurance. As such, the explanation of benefits showed a discount. This discount was not reflected in the ledger. The receptionist called me to request a balance of $2,200. I have never failed to pay a bill in my life. I was in shock. I asked her if I could pay with a payment plan. She said they did not accept payment plans. That’s when I requested to see an itemized bill. The receptionist sent me the ledger. I spent the entire afternoon figuring out why I still owed $2,200. I finally found the culprit. The discount had not been applied.
