Walgreens Pharmacy

Staff was very rude. The pharmacy tech just hung up on me after waiting 20 minutes on hold and she didn’t know the answer to my question and then when I called back (and waited 20 more minutes on hold) the supervisor told me the “call dropped”… no it didn’t… she just didn’t want to do her job or be professional and say she will give me a call back or look into my question further. The pharmacist also apparently hadn’t reviewed my medication in almost a year as I have been getting it filled every month and they just now found out there was an issue with it. I suggest finding a different pharmacy as I have never had so many issues.

Could not get prescription called in at hometown pharmacy on weekend so Dr called in at this location. Guess what? They took the prescription and were closed as well. When I came to get my prescription it was bot ready and took hrs to fill. People working are great but way understaffed . I watched and they were not able fill a lot of peoples prescriptions due to just being understaffed. I would try one of the family owned pharmacies in Enid or Fairview before I would ever try Walgreens again.

Cannot get prescriptions when needed due to lack of pharmacist. The pharmacist is often not there during pharmacy hours.
