Walgreens Pharmacy

The shift lead Alba Is the worst customer experience I ever experienced in my life. Her cashier asked for her assistance and she did not know how to help the customer and or even help her worker. Ends up arguing with customer. Because I asked Her a simple question to clarify whether cash app services were working in store or not. As a pharmacy that’s slowly seeing less clients and more robberies. It’s important to see good talent. RAF the employee working today offered amazing customer service. The shift lead should honestly be fired and this is from Someone who works and trains other retail staff. This is disappointing. Don’t go here!

I was in the area for a month for working, and had to get my prescription transferred from an NC Walgreens. I was a little hesitant to use this pharmacy because it had some bad reviews here, but my experience was very positive. I did have to wait about 10 minutes for the transfer, but both of the people I interacted with were polite and professional.

The pharmacy employees are always rude, and if they mess up your order, they blame you and give a nasty attitude; I don’t know how the heck this pharmacy is still working at this point. FOR THE EMPLOYEES: if you are that unhappy with your job, at least don’t bring your problems to the customers, it is not our fault you are stuck in there and not in a big company or better place, learn some manners and how to treat a customer, that is what is call be professional, this is not the first time it happened with different employees over there.

Very unsatisfactory mismanagement of inventory. Second time going to this pharmacy in 2022 and walking out empty handed. A product such as Claritin D 24 is not rocket science to have on hand! Lots of other overpriced items in store and they choose to refer to their products as "Nice." Also did not find liquid Geritol.

Rude staff.
