I was prescribed active PT based on neck MRI results of my spine. I was not seeking PT for acute pain. I found Dr. Alipio on my insurance's website- she was listed as in-network. Dr. Alipio's name is on the practice for Roadside Physical Therapy but she is not who I saw, which is fine though it was not explained to me. This review is for Roadside Therapy on Warren Street. My experience was terrible. My therapist did not introduce herself so I have no idea what qualifications she had or what her title was. I didn't know her name until I asked. She did not explain the purpose of our session- she mumbled, made no eye contact, and was very hard to understand because she didn't want to speak up despite wearing a mask. This place is great. If I'm in pain they are the pain fixers. They massage the areas of pain and help stretch out the area. They give you exercises that will help heal you. All the therapists are very good. I've had both male and female therapists work on me and they were professional and detailed when working on me.

I feel the tender love and care!! Excellent service I am very pleased. I have issues with right ankle tendon pain. There was very professional therapy and explanation to help me understand my issues and avoid future problems. Kim, Eliza and Freya… are friendly and great support!
