Such a great experience! We were in and out pretty quickly! The staff was so kind, gentle and patient with my kid. I truly appreciate you all making our son’s first experience with braces an amazing and relaxing experience!

Our search for a true family practice ended at Downtown Braces & Children’s Dentistry. We now rely on them for everything from cleanings to my son’s orthodontic treatment, and the consistency is incredible. Having both pediatric dentistry and advanced orthodontics in one place simplifies our lives immensely.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office and would not recommend them based on billing and transparency issues. At my daughter’s appointment, I was required to pay $195 out of pocket. Later, I discovered that they also billed and received payment from my insurance. When I called to request a refund—since a dental cleaning is fully covered under my insurance—I was told I would only receive $75 back. When I asked why I wasn’t getting the full amount, they suddenly claimed there were multiple “co-pays,” including a charge for fluoride. The so-called fluoride treatment consisted of a rice-sized amount of toothpaste brushed onto my daughter’s teeth.
