Walgreens Pharmacy

Whoever the pharmacist is that is working right now at 6:20 pm on Thursday, September 4th is probably the one all of the negative reviews are about. She is extremely rude, insulting to her co-workers, and completely unprofessional. Ana is great, and she helped me with a pickup. I needed another prescription to be sent to another pharmacy, and as I was sitting and waiting, this pharmacist proceeded to talk about my wife and how she didn’t want generic, as if we were making her job more difficult. When I was leaving, I asked if there were able to transfer the prescription - she replied and said the other pharmacy would have to call and request it. I made sure that she’s not working tomorrow so the process can hopefully go smoother.

Friendly staff, good sales, helpful pharmacists. Prescription filling process is a bit chaotic (lost refills, multiple texts to say script is NOT filled, etc) but overall, a good experience.

Anastasia called letting me know one of my prescriptions was ready to be refilled, i completely forgot about it and the call really surprised me! She really didn’t have to reach out but it makes such a difference!!

This pharmacy's motto should be, "Hi, how can we kick you while you're already down?" The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I've been told that my prescription isn't ready when I literally have an email saying otherwise. They also don't post any signs or notices when the drive thru is closed. Avoid this pharmacy if you can, they do NOT want to help you.

Pharmacist answering my phone call was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me, interrupted me, put me on hold in mid sentence and just made me feel like a complete inconvenience for her. Overall it was a horrible experience working with this location and I’ll avoid it in the future. The last thing a sick person wants to deal with is a rude person treating them poorly while trying to get a prescription. It seems like this pharmacist hates her job, I hope management considers all these negative reviews and looks into hiring people that will treat customers with respect.
