Walgreens Pharmacy

I use the drive thru it's very convenient. There's hardly ever a wait and they fill prescriptions in a timely manner. The associates are always polite and fairly fast waiting on me. They do take a lunch break when service is not available. If you need to know there hours call in advance or check their website.

Just stopped to pick up my script, no waiting and friendly staff.

I was just in the store and the woman running the register, Isabelle, was very rude. I was simply browsing for awhile (I really came in without a list) after about 10 minutes she asked if I needed help finding anything because I looked sketchy. That was very offensive to me. She was also very rude when we were cashing out because our card was declined the first time and she just burst out that it was declined and for us to “just try it again”. I saw on her name tag she started working for them in 2022, hopefully she will won’t be miserable to others too much longer

Waited 2 HOURS for an Uber Delivery order only to have it cancelled! Since they waited so long to cancel my order (with NO communication prior) all other stores were then closed and left me unable to get the medical supplies I needed! I had stopped shopping here months ago due to embarrassing interactions with judgmental Pharmacy staff. I figured ordering through a delivery service would be ok, but nope, same terrible experience.

I’ll never go back to Walgreens in East Greenbush. I’m always on hold for at least 30 mins and they never get my script right. I called and asked them what’s going on with my insulin, because I’m very low and I’m almost out, the lady said, idk I’ll call you back when I find out and she never calls me back, back to CVS I go.
