Hudson Valley Dental Care

Today i went to Dr. Trufas he is my dentist his dental work is exquisite. I have not smiled for a couple years but as of today I can. My smile is something I can be proud of. He takes his time to give you a perfect smile. I thank him so much for giving me back my confidence. I highly recommend Hudson Valley dental in East Greenbush. The whole office staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I just love Carolyn the hygienist who is also fantastic I just want to thank them alll for caring for all my dental needs. I really love this practice. From scheduling an appointment, to working with insurance companies, they make it so easy. The officea are very nice as well. I love the serene view out of the windows of the back dental offices...it helps calm me. They use the most modern and updated equipment and practices, and have good old-fashioned service. I really liked my dental hygienist a lot. "Dr. T" was very nice and helpful in informing me what was going on with me, dental-wise. I'm very happy to have this practice round out my medical team. I'm very fortunate to have "Dr. T" as my dentist.

They stayed open late for me. I called and wasn’t able to make my appointment because of work so they happily rescheduled me to 7:15pm. They were amazing, the woman that did my 6 month cleaning had to take momentary pauses because were conversing. Super friendly, I definitely made the right switch. I used to go to Greenbush Family Dental where all they are concerned with is profit. They aren’t nice, and are trying to get as many people in and out in the shortest amount of time.

Dr. T is amazing and very good at explaining the process of whatever work he’s doing. I have TMJ and he was very good at making sure I was comfortable. He was also not aggressive in treatment which I greatly appreciate. He was very good at listening to the concerns I had with my jaw and teeth and make great recommendations that helped reduce pain I was having. The staff is also really nice and welcoming, it’s not your typical dentists office. So much better then any dental practice I’ve been to and why I drive over an hour to get there.

This is a highly efficient and professional office. I was extremely satisfied with the level of care provided to me and was surprised how quickly this office was able to fit me in and help me deal with a problem even though I was not an established patient. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone . This was without a doubt the most professional and kind dental office I have ever been to! All of the office staff I interacted with were extremely supportive and professional. Amy was fantastic at helping me get scheduled and in to see the doctor as soon as possible. I felt that Dr Cristi Freinberg-Trufas provided me excellent care and I would highly encourage anyone to seek out his care for their dental needs. I will absolutely be returning in the future.
